legally. How do you go about that?
I know that when I buy a firearm, I have to register it. So if I wanted
to sell it how do I do it legally?
I know I could go to a gunshop and have them do it, but they would take
some of the profit or offer to buy it from me cheap and then sell it for
a profit.
I'm sure it's not a hard process, just wondering...
Thanks

It varries by state. When I lived in Conn. it was a process and
probably 3 times as bad now.
In Georgia where I live now i can private sale without any paperwork,
and have.

That would depend upon your state of residence and that of the
prospective buyer. Here in the free state of Wyoming, private sales
are not regulated at all. If purchasing from a FFL you need to perform paperwork and background check.

What state are you in? In Texas and Oregon we can just purchase
privately without anything more than a sales receipt. Don't have to register anything - just the way it should be...

We have Facebook groups for it. No, you can't post it
'for sale' or anything, but you can post pictures, then
people can private message you.
Where are you located? And what do you have? :-)

I'm in PA, and I have a Beretta .22 Neos 4.5 Inox with a carbine kit.
I don't really plink with it too much anymore so...
... The only difference between a good day and a bad day is your attitude.
