For some reason I'm getting this error now. It doesn't seem to be everytime a login happens, just once in a while..

Would anyone know why this is happening?
I see you're using my login matrix. That error likely happens if a user connects who doesn't have an ANSI-capable terminal, so it reverts back to the traditional login. Usually, there is an answer.msg in your text\menu directory, but it seems that file might not exist on your system.
The answer.* files are normally located in the text directory, not text/menu. --
